Allison Pregler Bio
Allison Pregler is a reviewer who takes on Z-grade movies usually that are in the horror or martial arts genre. The style is similar that of The Cinema Snob but tending towards action-oriented dumb films and a morbid enjoyment of these films. She began her reviews in late 2009; after she gained some fame (under the old name Obscurus-Lupa) Allison Pregler subsequently became part of the family at Channel Awesome. Beginning in early 2015, she joined the website as Obscurus Lupa Presents transformed to Movie Nights. She has two podcasts co-hosted and covering Charmed. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. You can see her videos here as well as here. Her Twitter profile, Tumblr page and Facebook account also have videos. Allison is a bit much for you? Ninja the Mission Force has been on the move as Interpol Ninja Cheetah. Brad Jones' Jesus Bro! was also her first film. She has appeared on Brad Jones's series Midnight Screenings, usually reviewing awful children's film as well as RiffTrax Live Shows as well as occasional adult comedies (such such as Baywatch 2017). The first time she reviewed movies was in 2009. When she gained acclaim on Channel Awesome forums, she was asked into the Reviewer community. She has been on countless Channel Awesome episodes, including Atop the Fourth Wall as in Phelous & the Movies. She was featured on numerous seasons from Nostalgia Critic and was a former member of the family that Channel Awesome had with Doug Walker.
